Dormstrebe problem ---> English

Sorry, but my German is even worse than English......

I am desperate to fit a "dormstrebe". Problem: as fiat changed the plastic air intake, the dormstrebe does not fit all models
Altough there are many models, there is a difference where the air intake changed from metal to plastic, and THEN to plastic that slight raises in hight. problem: the dormstrebe pushes the plastic air intake. I have now fitted a Sparco and Wiechers (for my model without ABS) and both push the airintake. The specific with or without ABS models do not change when it comes to the HEIGHT of the airintake, they onlye leave some room for ABS at the end

Same issue to me: The OMP-"Domstrebe" also hits plastic cable cover 
In second pic you can see a black spot on OMP near the adjust thread ... there it gets contact to the plastic ...

Not Fis, it is the VIS Engine

Maybe it is possible to take a little piece of foamed rubber (Moosgummi) between engine and strut brace.

Es gibt verschiedene Härtegrade, die halten ganz schön etwas aus. Wichtig ist, dass Air-Intake oder andere Teile nicht durchscheuern.

Das Plastikschutzzeugs vom Kabelsalat hat bei mir bisher nicht wirklich gelitten ... wenig Abrieb an der Stelle mit dem schwarzen Fleck auf der OMP.
Der Motor wippt bei mir auch nicht ganz so dolle
Da hab ich schon echte "Wackelkandidaten" gesehen, dass einem beim Zusehen schwindelig wird!!

Maybe it is possible to take a little piece of foamed rubber (Moosgummi) between engine and strut brace.

This does not really work, tried it years ago when I tried a strut brace from Wiechers - which does not fit at all and OMP. With the foam rubber it was not as noisy as without when driving, but no fun at all. The only one that fits more or less was the one from Sparco, only that the rubber hose from the air intake is a bit pressed, see picture attached. This pic was taken back in 2005 when my barchetta was still black
