wenn nicht ganz was schlimmes passiert dann werden wir fahren.

Hab das schon 2010 gemacht (durchgefahren von Wien über Ungarn und Serbien) war genial
Wir sind in 3 Wochen fast 6000 Km gefahren (fast alles offen ) davon durften wir 2 Tage mit Renato und Familie verbringen. War echt der Wahnsinn (und ich konnte gleich den neuen Motor von Jeason einfahren)

Aber natürlich habt Ihr es noch weiter
Soviel ich weiß soll die Anfahrt mit der Fähre von Italien geplant werden (Venedig oder Triest) Igomenitsa wird direkt angelaufen und ich glaub mal 24 Std Fähre mit Gleichgesinnten kann schon ganz lustig sein.

1 Tag Fähre nach Alpenüberquerung hätte was.

UPDATE!!!!

BIM 2011 – Βarchetta International Meeting 2011

Dear Friends,

the replies in our questionnaire were by far more than what we were expecting!
We have : 33 from Italy, 8 from Greece, 5 from Germany, 5 from France, 2 from Austria and 1 from UK,  1 from The Netherlands, 1 from Bulgaria Bulgaria and 1 from Poland.

In total 57 cars!!!!


THE DATES OF THE EVENT ARE

30th OF JUNE - 3 RD OF JULY

Starting point is Igoumenitsa (which is the port that the ferries from Italy arrive) and closing point is Metsovo

In these 3 days you will see everything,  Sea, mountain, best attractions,  you will drive with your B in the most scenic roads, you will taste Mediterranean food and of course a lot of beach with SUN over your open top B!


In the next days we are going to announce the price (which everything will be included and no need to pay something as individual), and the final schedule.

Hello my Barchetta-Friends!

The big meeting of this year will take place from 30th of June till 3rd of July 2011.

There will be a 4 days full of Barchetta, Sea, Sun, Nature and more...

The starting point is Igoumenitsa ( Which is a major port for the ships from Italy). We will spend sunny days by the sea. You will drive your Barchetta in the most scenic roads always open top and you will see wonderful places.

The hotels that we chose are the best in the area and we are sure that you will enjoy.

The first hotel Regina Mare (4 stars) (www.reginamare.gr), in which we will stay 2 nights, is located by the sea and your room will have sea view. You will have your booked place in the beach and you will taste the best Mediterranean food

The second hotel is a superior class. Its Epirus Palace which is a 5 star de lux hotel (www.epiruspalace.gr). You will enjoy for sure your stay and we will have a best time with party by the swimming pool.

We will revert the following days with the full schedule with details.

The price for the full event from 30/6/2011 to 03/7/2011 is

330 Euro / person in double room
395 Euro / person in single room.

In the price everything is included.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner for all the days
Your private place on the beach
Small cruise in the lake of Ioannina
Entrance in Museum
and some other surprises!!!

Please note that we are going to start receiving money transfers from Monday 21st of February 2011 and the closing date is on 20th of April 2011.

***For those that they will come to the event by ship please check the early offers of the shipping companies!!!! ( ANEK lines, Minoan Lines, Superfast Lines) From our experience we recomend ANEK lines but please check for their best fares and offers!

Also unsere silberne Barchetta, meine Frau und ich sind dabei. (ich darf eh nur mit, weil meine Frau nicht die ganze Strecke fahren will)

Jetzt hoffe ich mal auf noch ur viele deutsch sprechende Teinehmer, da sich mein Griechisch auf Grüßen und Bier bestellen beschränkt. Na ja, Suvlaki kann ich auch bestellen (wenn ich die Finger verwenden darf)

Mein Englisch ist eingerostet und ein alter Hund lernt nicht leicht.

Also meine einzige Hoffnung seid Ihr. Ich verspreche i red kan dialek,t nua hochdeitsch
